Important: Before installing the Phone Suite Software, you must fully charge the batteries in your handsets. It takes approximately 15 hours for a full charge.

    .exe Instructions:
  1. Click on the .exe link below to start downloading the installation file. When prompted to open the file or save it to you computer, select Open.
  2. Follow the instructions in the Setup Wizard to complete the installation.
  3. When the installation is complete, the VTech USB7100 Cordless Phone Suite software will automatically start.
    .zip Instructions:
  1. Click on the .zip link below to start downloading the installation file. When prompted to open the file or save it to you computer, select Save.
  2. Double click the ver2.35 zip file.
  3. Double click the Setup_Ver2.35.exe file.
  4. Follow the instructions in the Setup Wizard to complete the installation.
  5. When the installation is complete, the VTech USB7100 Cordless Phone Suite software will automatically start.

Note: After the Cordless Phone Suite Software has been installed and the base has been connected to an available USB port on your computer, you must keep the handset in the charging cradle for at least 15 minutes. This will allow the firmware to update on both the cradle and handset.

If you cannot download the .exe because of network restrictions please use the .zip option. The additional step of unzipping the file (unzip the file by double-clicking the file after you have saved it to your computer) will be required prior to following the included download instructions.
